Shutdown...and Start-Up!

Today is the sixth day for Dulang platform shutdown. Two more days to go before we can start-up the plant back. Hope that everything will be runing smoothly through out the duration, InsyaAllah....

Lets Crusing....

Yesterday morning, we spent nearly 1 hour around the UTP's lake to test our new RC speed boat. The feeling was very exciting, even that the boat was not crusing soo fast if compared to those operated using the fuel, but this one still managed to make our son screaming and laughing happily. Anyway, with continuous playing, the battery normally will last only around 35 minutes. But who cares rite? With that price, believed it's worth trying.

New Honda Jazz in Town

Again, Honda has launched another face lift for one of its popular model, Honda Jazz. I encountered the car in the showrooms at Honda Service Center in Setiawan, Perak. Initially, we went there to check something on the SRS for our car. The indication light didn't disappear during driving, which shows that the system might has some problem. Anyway, the problem resolved after the service personnel reset the system memory after found out nothing was wrong with the entire system. Back to the above picture, do you think that its worth buying the car with this price? For me, I rather saved my money for other things....

Garden of Knowledge

Tonight, I went to UTP to sent my wife Leeni; since she needs to continue her lecture in order to catch up with the schedule. I took the oppurtunity to pay a visit to a Canselor Hall, a place where all the classes, main halls, library and other facilities are located. Not many students were seen around the hall lobby, maybe most of them are staying in the room, doing their homework ;P ...Bet it's true for few of them, but I believed others are too busy with internet surfing, chatting, downloading or shooting each other in cyber game.

UTP do provide free internet access to students in the room for ease of learning. Lecturers normally will upload the lecture notes in the UTP web few days ahead of scheduled classes for references to the students. Imagines how easy the learning style nowadays when you don't have to write down all the importants facts from the lectures in your notebooks. All are available and provided with a single 'click' through your notebook or desktop.

Anyway, the picture above showing the UTP Library located at Canselor Hall Lobby. Got this beautiful scenery while I was waiting my wife to complete her class tonight. Along with me as usual, our beloved son, Faheem.

'Sampan' for sale!

I discovered this 'sampan' lying down in front of my cousin's house, Azman when we were there, in Kg Losong Terengganu during the 4th day of Hari Raya. Been thinking how this 'sampan' got stranded there beside the abandoned well, while previously it was frequently used by many to sail across the small river in front of the house. Maybe nowadays people are more interested in using the boat rather than 'sampan' since it moves faster and saves more time, but of course not the dollars coz you have to spend a little bit for the diesel ;P. I found it really interesting and decided to take some photos for collection, besides practicing using my gear, Nikon D60, plus some beginner touch using ACD software.

Selamat Hari Raya AidilFitri

Hari Raya Aidilfitri akhirnya tiba, menyambut kedatangan Syawal dan mengucapkan selamat tinggal kepada Ramadhan. Semoga Allah S.W.T memanjangkan umur kita agar dapat kita sekali lagi bertemu dengan bulan Ramadhan yang penuh keberkatan pada tahun-tahun yang akan datang. Diharapkan agar Ramadhan tahun ini adalah yang terbaik berbanding tahun-tahun yang sebelumnya.

Tiba di rumah Mami, K.Bharu. Rehat jap & pinjam kancil, pegi Telipot.

Tiba di rumah To'ma. Jumpa Faheem and Leeni... ;)

06:00 PM-

Tiba di rumah Mami, buka puasa bersama keluarga. Tolong-tolong sket persiapan raya esok, masak gulai biri-biri tuh...akikah Arissa...Alhamdulillah

11:00 PM-

Pulang ke rumah To'ma. Orang lain semua keluar, malam raya. Faheem dah tido. To'ma bangun masak Nasi Dagang untuk raya esok hari....

12:00 AM-

Tidur...Zzzzz

06:30 AM- Bangun, Solat Subuh....;) Hari ini hari raya........yeaaaah!

07:30 AM- Bersiap untuk ke masjid sembahyang raya

08:30 AM- Pecutan 90km/j (kancil mami) menuju ke Masjid Muhammadi, K.Bharu. Sampai jer terus semayang raya..! Fuh, nasib baik sempat..!

09:30 AM- Pulang dari sembahyang raya. Makan dulu, nasi dagang beb...syahdu betul, lama tak makan waktu pagi, maklumlah, puasa!....Memang nikmat...brrppp!

10:30 AM- Bertolak ke rumah mami, pasal hari nih nak pegi Beris, hantar lauk akikah yang dimasak tuh, kira parking jer kat Beris, sure habis punya.

11:00 AM- Sampai di Beris, lepak rumah Mek

02:00 PM- Berkunjung ke rumah mok ni, jumpa mok noh..

03:00 PM- Bertolak pulang

04:00 PM- Beraya ke rumah Umi

05:00 PM- Beraya ke rumah Pok Long & Mok Long

06:00 PM- Pulang ke Telipot

12:30 PM- Tiba di rumah Pak Ngah Sid. Makan tgh hari. Lepak-lepak. Mandi, sembahyang, jalan-jalan tepi sungai. Ramai orang kat rumah tu, sentiasa penuh.

04:30 PM- Bertolak balik ke K.Bharu. Farhan, Along, Darwisy, Kakak, Abg Hafiz, Elman dan Arissa semua menuju ke Kuantan, seterusnya ke K.Lumpur. Selamat Jalan, semuga selamat tiba ke destinasi. Salam raya dari kami..semuga jumpa lagi..!!

06:30 PM- Tiba di rumah k.bharu. Sembahyang asar...sempat lagi.

07:30 PM- Makan malam (tadi singgah beli 'longkang' di To' Bali, yum2...sedap woo! Mami buat masak ape ntah, tapi sedap sangat..licin habis)

10:30 PM- Semua sudah mengantuk, tidur awal malam nih, penat travel.

Hari nih, tidak banyak aktiviti luaran yang dilakukan. Maklumler, penat semalam masih belum reda. Faheem pun asyik tidur jer siang hari...penat barangkali..sama lah ngan orang lain. Hanya lepak-lepak merehatkan diri.

08:80 PM- Bertolak ke Pasar Tani Wakaf Che Yeh. Sajer jer nak tengok-tengok barang dan beli aper yang patut kalau ader yang berkenan. Tapi biasalah, yang banyak dapat baju mestilah Fahemm...hehe

10:30 PM- Pulang ke Telipot.

11:30 PM- Pulang ke rumah mami. Tidur..ZZzzzz

06 Oct 2008:

Aktviti hari nih pun tidak banyak yang dilakukan diluar. Cuma lepak-lepak di rumah sambil Leeni dah mula simpan-simpan barang untuk balik keesokan harinya.

03:30 PM- Pergi berjalan-jalan cari ilham di KB Mall, bersama Mami, Leeni, Faheem and Su. Faheem nampak kereta control yang buleh naik (RM 300++) tuh, siap nangis-nangis. Kononya nak mintak kita beli ler. Tapi bapak dia buat selamba jer tak tahu, amik dia dan terus meninggalkan kedai tersebut..haha..(Sorry laa Faheem, bukan aper, mahal sangat, kalau RM 39 ringgit tuh buleh ler tahan...ini sampai tiga ratus lebih, tak daya laa..hehe)

06:00 PM- Tiba di rumah, makan malam.

09:00 PM- Pergi rumah To'Ba & To' Ma. Jumpa dulu sebelum balik esok. Salam-salaman. Faheem kutip duit raya lagi..(terima kasih!)

11:30 PM- Tiba rumah mami. Faheem belum tidur, tapi berjaya tidurkan dia, pukul 12 mlm. Leeni sambung kemas barang untuk dibawa balik esok.

07 Oct 2008:

05:00 AM- Bangun dan bersiap untuk bertolak ke KL.

06:00 AM- Tiba di KB Airport (setelah membuat pecutan drastik dari rumah dengan Kancil, hanya 5 minit dari Tmn Sri Mutiara ke KB Airport, ;P)

06:50 AM- Kapal terbang berlepas ke KL.

07:50 AM- Tiba di KLIA

08:30 AM- Breakfast

09:30 AM- Bas ke Ipoh bertolak.

12:30 PM- Tiba di Medan Gopeng, Ipoh

01:00 PM- Tiba di Peik Leik Workshop. Amik kereta Leeni yang dah siap.

02:00 PM- Makan tgh hari di Green Town, Ipoh

03:30 PM- Tiba di rumah, miss all moments!!
